'24/7 Fitness' 지점에서 초소형 카메라 발견

 34세 남성 불법 촬영 혐의로 체포

 경찰은 어제 일요일 27일 저녁, 샤틴 지역 렉 유엔 거리(Lek Yuen Street)에 위치한 '24/7 Fitness' 지점에서 초소형 카메라(핀홀 카메라)로 의심되는 장치들이 발견됨에 따라, 불법 촬영 혐의로 34세 현지 남성 펑(Fung) 씨를 체포했다. 경찰에 따르면 해당 시설 내 탈의실 3곳에서 유사한 장치가 발견되었다. 용의자는 추가 조사를 위해 구금된 상태이며, 사건은 샤틴 지역 범죄수사대 2팀이 담당하고 있다.

이 사건은 한 남성 회원이 공용 샤워실(1인용)의 천장 틈새에서 미세한 푸른색 불빛을 발견하고 신고하면서 드러났다.

Pinhole Cameras Discovered at '24/7 Fitness': 34-Year-Old Man Arrested for Illicit Filming   

On Sunday evening, September 27, police arrested a 34-year-old local man surnamed Fung on suspicion of voyeurism after suspected pinhole cameras were discovered at a "24/7 Fitness" branch on Lek Yuen Street in Sha Tin. According to authorities, similar hidden devices were found across three changing cubicles inside the facility. The suspect remains in custody for further investigation, with the case being handled by Team 2 of the Sha Tin District Crime Squad.   

The incident came to light after a male gym member noticed a faint blue light emitting from a gap in the suspended ceiling of an individual shower cubicle and reported it to staff.
