홍콩정부, Future Innovative Logistics Acceleration Scheme
정부는 9월 1일, 미래 혁신 물류 가속화 계획(Future Innovative Logistics Acceleration Scheme)에 따라 사전 승인된 정보 기술 온보딩 솔루션 3종을 발표했다.
자격을 갖춘 제3자 물류 서비스 제공업체는 이제 이러한 솔루션 구독 또는 사용에 대한 자금 지원을 신청할 수 있다. 개별 기업은 최대 200만 홍콩달러까지 지원받을 수 있다.
업체들은 앞서 이 계획에 따라 사전 승인 솔루션 화이트리스트에 포함될 IT 온보딩 솔루션 신청을 요청받았으며, 총 26건의 신청서가 접수되었다.
홍콩 생산성 위원회(HKPC), 물류 및 공급망 멀티테크 연구개발센터, 그리고 공항 당국은 관련 물류 데이터 플랫폼과의 호환성, 기능성, 사용 편의성, 보안 및 프로젝트 관리 계획을 기준으로 신청서를 평가했다. 가장 높은 점수를 받은 3개 솔루션이 사전 승인 솔루션 화이트리스트에 포함될 첫 번째 배치로 선정되었다.
교통물류국은 물류 산업의 경쟁력 유지를 위해 디지털화가 핵심 과제라고 밝혔다. 이번 시범 사업을 통해 사전 승인된 솔루션을 활용할 수 있게 됨으로써, 서비스 제공업체들이 사업 디지털화를 적극적으로 추진하고 물류 데이터 플랫폼이 제공하는 다양한 이점, 즉 물류 투명성 제고, 공급망 관리 효율성 향상, 무역 금융 기회 확대 등을 적극적으로 활용하기를 기대한다고 밝혔다.

Three Logistics Solutions Approved
On September 1, the government announced three pre-approved information technology onboarding solutions under the Future Innovative Logistics Acceleration Scheme.
Qualified third-party logistics (3PL) service providers can now apply for funding to subscribe to or use these solutions. Individual companies can receive up to HK$2 million in support.
Companies were previously asked to apply for IT onboarding solutions to be included in the pre-approved whitelist under this scheme, and a total of 26 applications were received.
The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), the Logistics and Supply Chain Multitech Research and Development Centre, and the Airport Authority evaluated the applications based on compatibility with relevant logistics data platforms, functionality, ease of use, security, and project management plans. The three solutions that received the highest scores were selected for the first batch to be included in the pre-approved whitelist.
The Transport and Logistics Department stated that digitalization is a key task for maintaining the competitiveness of the logistics industry. It was stated that by enabling the use of pre-approved solutions through this pilot project, it is expected that service providers will actively pursue business digitalization and take full advantage of the various benefits provided by the logistics data platform, such as enhanced logistics transparency, improved supply chain management efficiency, and expanded trade finance opportunities.
