2026년 7월 통화 통계
홍콩 통화청이 8월 31일 발표한 통계에 따르면, 2026년 7월 기준 공인 금융기관 예금액은 전월 대비 0.9% 증가했다. 이 중 홍콩 달러 예금과 외화 예금은 모두 7월에 0.9% 증가했다. 7월 말까지 1년 동안 총 예금액은 5.8%, 홍콩 달러 예금은 6.2% 증가했다.
홍콩의 위안화 예금은 7월에 2.9% 증가하여 7월 말 기준 1조 1,254억 위안을 기록했다. 국경 간 무역 결제를 위한 위안화 송금액은 7월에 1조 3,837억 위안으로, 6월의 1조 2,777억 위안보다 증가했다. 총 대출 및 여신은 7월에 0.2% 증가했으며, 7월 말까지 1년 동안 6.6% 증가했다.
총 대출 중 홍콩 내 사용 목적 대출(무역 금융 포함)은 0.3% 감소한 반면, 홍콩 외 사용 목적 대출은 7월에 1.7% 증가했다. 홍콩 달러 예금 대비 대출 비율은 6월 말 71.5%에서 7월 말 70.7%로 하락했는데, 이는 홍콩 달러 예금이 증가하고 홍콩 달러 대출이 감소했기 때문이다.
홍콩 달러 M2와 M3는 7월에 모두 1.0% 증가했으며, 1년 전과 비교하면 각각 5.6%와 5.5% 증가했다. 계절 조정된 홍콩 달러 M1은 7월에 0.5% 감소했으며, 전년 동기 대비 0.6% 감소했는데, 이는 부분적으로 투자 관련 활동을 반영한 것입니다. 총 M2와 총 M3는 모두 7월에 1.1% 증가했다. 전년 동기 대비로는 총 M2와 총 M3 모두 10.2% 증가했다.
Monetary Statistics for July 2026
According to statistics released by the Monetary Authority of Hong Kong on August 31, deposits at accredited financial institutions increased by 0.9% in July 2026 compared to the previous month. Of this, both Hong Kong dollar deposits and foreign currency deposits increased by 0.9% in July. Over the one-year period ending July, total deposits increased by 5.8%, while Hong Kong dollar deposits increased by 6.2%.
Renminbi deposits in Hong Kong increased by 2.9% in July, reaching 1.1254 trillion yuan as of the end of the month. Renminbi remittances for cross-border trade settlements amounted to 1.3837 trillion yuan in July, an increase from 1.2777 trillion yuan in June. Total loans and credit increased by 0.2% in July and rose by 6.6% over the one-year period ending July.
Of the total loans, loans for domestic use (including trade finance) decreased by 0.3%, while loans for non-Hong Kong use increased by 1.7% in July. The loan-to-deposit ratio fell from 71.5% at the end of June to 70.7% at the end of July, driven by an increase in HKD deposits and a decrease in HKD loans.
HKD M2 and M3 both increased by 1.0% in July, rising by 5.6% and 5.5% respectively compared to a year ago. Seasonally adjusted HKD M1 decreased by 0.5% in July and by 0.6% year-over-year, reflecting, in part, investment-related activities. Total M2 and Total M3 both increased by 1.1% in July. Year-over-year, both Total M2 and Total M3 increased by 10.2%.
