타이포 화재아파트 소유주 97.7% 수용 동의
어제 8월 31일 정오 기준, 타이포 왕푹코트(Wang Fuk Court) 8개 동, 총 1,939가구 소유주 중 97.7%가 수용 동의서에 서명하여 제출했다. 정부는 총 1,541가구(전체 가구의 77.7%)와 매매 계약을 체결했다. 왕푹코트 소유주들의 정부 수용 계획 수락 마감일은 내일이다.
주택국은 아직 수용 동의서를 제출하지 않은 소유주들에게 정부의 수용 제안을 수락하고자 하는 경우 마감일 오후 5시까지 서명된 동의서를 제출하여 정부에 소유권을 매각하겠다는 의사를 확인해 줄 것을 촉구했다.
‘수용 동의서(Letter of Acceptance)’는 홍콩 정부가 타이포(Tai Po)의 대규모 화재 피해 아파트 단지인 왕푹코트(Wang Fuk Court) 소유주들을 상대로 제시한 정부의 주택 매입(보상) 제안을 공식적으로 받아들이겠다는 의사 확인이다.
정부의 매각 제안 수락: 정부가 제시한 매수가격(평당가 기준 현금 보상 등)에 동의하고, 자신의 집 소유권을 정부에 넘기겠다는 의사를 최종 확정한다. 대체 주택 및 특별 분양 자격 연계: 이 동의서를 제출한 소유주는 정부가 이주 지원을 위해 마련한 특별 분양 프로그램에 참여하거나 '플랫-퍼-플랫(Flat-for-Flat, 주택 교환)' 보상 옵션을 선택할 수 있는 자격을 갖추게 된다.
97.7% of Tai Po Fire-Damaged Apartment Owners Agree to Expropriation
As of noon yesterday, August 31, 97.7% of the owners of the 1,939 households across eight buildings in Wang Fuk Court, Tai Po, had signed and submitted Letters of Acceptance. The government has signed sales contracts with a total of 1,541 households (77.7% of the total). Tomorrow is the deadline for Wang Fuk Court owners to accept the government's expropriation plan.
The Housing Bureau urged owners who have not yet submitted a Letter of Acceptance to submit a signed form by 5 p.m. on the deadline to confirm their intention to sell their ownership to the government if they wish to accept the government's expropriation proposal.
The "Letter of Acceptance" is a confirmation of intent to officially accept the government's offer to purchase (compensate for) housing, which was presented to owners of Wang Fuk Court, a large-scale fire-damaged apartment complex in Tai Po. Acceptance of Government Sale Offer: The homeowner agrees to the purchase price proposed by the government (such as cash compensation based on price per pyeong) and finalizes their intention to transfer ownership of their home to the government.
