황강항 원스톱 차량 시험 운행 시작으로 개장 임박
새로운 황강항은 홍콩과 선전 간 국경을 잇는 최초의 '원스톱 합동 차량 차선'을 갖춘 국경 검문소이다. 당국은 이 차선이 '통합 정보 수집 장치'를 통해 국경을 넘는 자가용 차량과 관광버스의 통관 절차를 대폭 간소화할 것이라고 발표했다.
황강항은 운전자가 같은 층에서 한 번만 정차하면 자동 데이터 수집 키오스크에서 홍콩 세관, 보건부, 출입국관리국, 선전 세관, 중국 출입국관리국 등 5개 국경 기관의 검사 및 데이터를 동시에 처리할 수 있도록 설계되었다.
이 시스템은 여러 번 정차하고 반복적으로 검사할 필요성을 없애 통관 시간을 크게 단축한다.
홍콩과 선전 당국의 긴밀한 협력 하에, 원스톱 합동 차선의 전체 시험 운행이 중간 게이트와 국경선을 넘어 성공적으로 완료되었다.

항만의 운영 준비 상태를 검증하기 위해 8월 22일 토요일에는 1만 명의 공무원과 1천 대의 차량이 참여하는 대규모 스트레스 테스트가 진행된다.
Opening Imminent with the Start of One-Stop Vehicle Trial Runs
The new Huanggang Port is the first border checkpoint connecting the Hong Kong and Shenzhen borders to feature a "one-stop joint vehicle lane." Authorities announced that this lane will significantly streamline customs clearance procedures for private vehicles and tour buses crossing the border through an "integrated data collection system."
Huanggang Port is designed so that drivers can stop just once on the same level, allowing for simultaneous processing of inspections and data from five border agencies—including Hong Kong Customs, the Department of Health, the Immigration Department, Shenzhen Customs, and the China Immigration Administration—at automated data collection kiosks.
This system eliminates the need for multiple stops and repetitive inspections, thereby significantly reducing customs clearance times.
Under close cooperation between Hong Kong and Shenzhen authorities, the full trial run of the one-stop joint lane has been successfully completed, passing through intermediate gates and across the border. Hong Kong Customs is currently conducting various scales of training and tests in preparation for the official opening of the port.
To verify the operational readiness of the port, a large-scale stress test involving 10,000 officials and 1,000 vehicles will be conducted on Saturday, August 22.
