식품안전센터(CFS), 여름철 식품위생감시 결과
식품안전센터(CFS)는 8월 20일, 2026년 여름철 식품위생감시 프로그램 결과를 발표했다. 검사 대상 식품 샘플 약 2,600개 중 6개 샘플이 불량으로 판정된 것을 제외하고는 모두 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 전체 합격률은 99.8%에 달했다.
식품안전센터 대변인은 홍콩의 길고 무덥고 습한 여름 날씨는 세균 번식에 유리하므로 식품 안전과 환경위생에 더욱 주의를 기울여 줄 것을 당부했다.
식품안전센터는 시장, 식당, 식품 공장, 신선식품점, 온라인 판매업체(온라인 소매업체 및 온라인 음식 배달 플랫폼 포함), 노점상 등으로부터 약 2,600개의 샘플을 채취하여 검사했다.
조사 대상 샘플은 유제품 및 냉동 과자류 535개, 과일 및 샐러드류 113개, 디저트 및 음료류 192개, 샌드위치류 61개, 가공육 또는 조리육류 244개, 수산물(초밥, 사시미, 생선, 갑각류, 연체동물 등 식용 수산물) 862개, 기타 즉석식품 592개였다.
미생물 검사를 위해 약 2,420개의 식품 샘플을, 화학 검사를 위해 약 170개의 샘플을 수집했다. 검사 결과, 냉동 과자류 1개와 아이스크림 4개 샘플에서 대장균 수가 법적 기준치를 초과했고, 포장된 돼지고기 육포 1개 샘플에서 항산화제가 법적 기준치를 초과한 것을 제외하고는 모든 샘플이 기준치를 충족했습니다. 전체 합격률은 99.8%였다.
Centre for Food Safety (CFS) Announces Results of Summer Food Hygiene Surveillance
The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) announced the results of its 2026 Summer Food Hygiene Surveillance Program on August 20. Out of approximately 2,600 food samples tested, all were found to be satisfactory, with the exception of six samples deemed substandard. The overall pass rate reached 99.8%.
A spokesperson for the Centre for Food Safety urged the public to pay closer attention to food safety and environmental hygiene, noting that Hong Kong's long, hot, and humid summer weather is conducive to bacterial growth.
The Centre for Food Safety collected and tested approximately 2,600 samples from markets, restaurants, food factories, fresh food stores, online vendors (including online retailers and online food delivery platforms), and street vendors.
CFS The samples subject to investigation consisted of 535 dairy and frozen snacks, 113 fruits and salads, 192 desserts and beverages, 61 sandwiches, 244 processed or cooked meats, 862 seafood products (edible seafood such as sushi, sashimi, fish, crustaceans, and mollusks), and 592 other ready-to-eat foods.
Approximately 2,420 food samples were collected for microbiological testing, and approximately 170 samples were collected for chemical testing. The test results showed that all samples met the standards, with the exception of one frozen snack sample and four ice cream samples where the number of E. coli exceeded legal limits, and one packaged pork jerky sample where antioxidants exceeded legal limits. The overall pass rate was 99.8%.
