제13호 태풍 '돌핀(Dolphin)'이 강한 비바람을 동반해 중국 동부 상하이와 저장성, 푸젠성 일대로 상륙했다.

Typhoon No. 13, 'Dolphin,' made landfall in the eastern regions of China, including Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Fujian provinces, accompanied by strong winds and heavy rain.
With the highest-level Red Typhoon Alert issued, more than 1,400 flights were canceled at major airports, including Shanghai Pudong and Hongqiao airports, and port and train operations were suspended. Authorities urgently evacuated approximately 100,000 residents and activated the highest-level emergency response system for major floods and landslides.
