8월 공설시장 점포 임대 

식품환경위생국은 7월 31일, 44개 공설시장의 점포 501개에 대한 공개 경매를 8월에 실시한다고 발표했다. 공개 경매에서 낙찰되지 않은 점포는 8월 21일부터 선착순으로 최저 입찰가에 임대될 예정이다.

이번 경매 대상 점포는 조리식품, 냉동육, 신선육, 생선, 냉동(냉장) 가금류, 과일, 채소, 식품 관련 건식 및 습식 제품, 비식품 관련 건식 및 습식 제품, 상인/서비스업, 시우메이(소매점) 및 로메이(저가매점), 신문 가판대 등이다. 

임대 기간은 2026년 9월 1일부터 3년이며, 계약 만료 시 갱신권은 없다.

 노점 월세 최저 입찰가는 노점의 크기, 위치, 공실 기간에 따라 다르다. 공개 경매에서 노점의 최저 입찰가는 6개월 이상 공실인 경우 일반 시장 임대료의 80%로, 8개월 이상 공실인 경우 OMR의 60%로 책정된다. 

공개 경매는 8월 10일부터 13일까지 진행된다

August Public Market Stalls Leasing

The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) announced on July 31 that an open auction for 501 stalls across 44 public markets will be held in August. Any stalls remaining unlet after the auction will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the reserve price starting August 21.

Key Details

• Auction Dates: August 10–13

• Lease Term: 3 years (September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2029) with no option to renew.

• Permitted Trades: Cooked food, frozen/fresh meat, fish, chilled/frozen poultry, fruits, vegetables, food & non-food (dry/wet) products, trades/services, Siu Mei/Lo Mei, and newspaper stalls.

• Bidding Reserve Prices: Based on size, location, and vacancy duration:

  • Vacant $\ge$ 6 months: Set at 80% of the Open Market Rent (OMR).

  • Vacant $\ge$ 8 months: Set at 60% of the OMR.
