구룡시 재래시장 어항에서 비브리오 콜레라균 검출
식품환경위생국(FEHD)은 오늘(7월 30일) 구룡시의 한 재래시장 어항에서 채취한 물 샘플에서 비브리오 콜레라균이 검출됨에 따라 해당 시장 가판대를 임시 폐쇄하고 철저한 소독 작업을 실시하도록 명령했다.
해당 시장 가판대는 구룡 마타우와이로 165번지 토콰완시장 1층 F22호에 위치해 있다.
물 샘플은 7월 24일 시장 가판대 내 어항에서 채취되었으며, 검사 결과 비브리오 콜레라 O1형이 검출되어 식품환경위생국은 즉각적인 조치를 취했다.
공중보건을 보호하기 위해 식품환경위생국장은 공중보건 및 도시서비스 조례에 따라 해당 시장 가판대의 즉각적인 폐쇄를 명령했다.
시장 가판대는 철저한 청소 및 소독 작업을 위해 폐쇄될 예정이며, 담당자가 전반적인 위생 상태에 만족하고 즉각적인 건강 위험이 없다고 판단할 때까지 폐쇄된다.
식품위생건강국(FEHD) 대변인은 "비브리오 콜레라균은 고온에서 생존할 수 없으며, 완전히 조리하면 사멸한다"고 밝혔다.
조개류는 깨끗이 씻고 문질러 닦아야 한다. 해산물은 내장을 제거하고 완전히 먹어야 한다.
날음식과 익힌 음식은 분리하여 보관해야 한다.
FEHD Orders Closure of To Kwa Wan Market Stall Over Vibrio Cholerae Detection
The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) ordered the temporary closure and thorough disinfection of a seafood stall in Kowloon City on July 30 after finding Vibrio cholerae O1 in a water sample taken from its fish tank.
The contaminated water sample was originally collected on July 24 from Stall No. F22, located on the 1st floor of To Kwa Wan Market (165 Ma Tau Wai Road). Following laboratory confirmation of Vibrio cholerae O1 on July 30, the Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene exercised powers under the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance to order the immediate shutdown of the stall to protect public health. Reopening will only be permitted once complete cleansing is verified and health risks are eliminated.
An FEHD spokesman noted that Vibrio cholerae cannot survive high heat and is killed when seafood is cooked thoroughly. The department reminded the public to observe key hygiene protocols:
Wash and scrub shellfish thoroughly before cooking.
Remove internal organs from seafood and cook completely prior to consumption.
Use separate utensils and cutting boards for raw and cooked foods to prevent cross-contamination.
Store raw and cooked foods separately, keeping cooked food on the upper shelves of the refrigerator.
