1. 윤석열 전 대통령 당선취소형 선고
허위사실 공표혐의 징역 1년 6개월 집행유예 3년
서울중앙지법은 제20대 대선 과정에서 허위사실을 공표한 혐의(공직선거법 위반)로 기소된 윤석열 전 대통령에게 1심에서 징역 1년 6개월에 집행유예 3년을 선고했다.
공직선거법상 당선무효형(벌금 100만 원 이상)을 넘어선 금고 이상의 형이 선고되었다.
형이 대법원에서 확정될 경우, 당시 윤 전 대통령을 후보로 낸 국민의힘은 중앙선거관리위원회로부터 보전받았던 대선 선거 비용 약 397억 원을 전액 반환해야 할 법적 의무가 생긴다.
