[한국 증시시황] 코스피, 美 국채금리 쇼크·
반도체주 약세에 5.8% 급락…6470선 후퇴
글로벌 국채금리 폭등과 기술주 심리 위축이 겹치면서 국내 증시가 큰 폭의 하락세를 나타냈다.
유가증권시장(코스피) 지수는 전 거래일 대비 398.66포인트(-5.80%) 급락한 6,471.17로 장을 마감했다. 장초반 급격한 매도세가 몰리며 6,400.81(-6.83%)까지 밀려났고, 프로그램 매도 호가 효력을 정지하는 '매도 사이드카'가 발동되기도 했다.
미국 30년물 국채금리가 장중 5.34%로 2007년 이후 최고치를 기록하고, 10년물 금리도 4.7%대로 치솟으면서 글로벌 위험자산 회피 심리를 자극했다.
미국 AI 데이터센터 건설 지연 우려 및 엔비디아·마이크론 등 미 기술주 급락 여파로 국내 반도체 대장주들이 직격탄을 맞았다.

홍콩 증시는 직전 거래일(19일)의 소폭 상승세를 이어받아 거래를 시작할 준비를 하고 있다. 직전 거래일 항셍지수(HSI)는 전 거래일 대비 23.92포인트(+0.09%) 상승한 25,495.07로 강보합 마감했다. 장중 25,315.32까지 밀리기도 했으나 실적을 발표한 주요 기업들의 호조에 힘입어 반등에 성공했다.

The Korea Stock Exchange (KOSPI) index closed at 6,471.17, a sharp drop of 398.66 points (-5.80%) from the previous trading day. Early in the session, a rapid sell-off pushed the index down to 6,400.81 (-6.83%), triggering a "sell-side car" that suspends the effectiveness of program selling orders.
The US 30-year Treasury yield hit a record high of 5.34% during the session—the highest since 2007—while the 10-year yield also soared into the 4.7% range, stimulating global risk-averse sentiment. Leading domestic semiconductor stocks have taken a direct hit due to concerns over delays in the construction of US AI data centers and the fallout from the sharp decline in US tech stocks such as Nvidia and Micron.
