시진핑 국가주석이 베이징 인민대회당에서 열린 장쩌민 전 국가주석 탄생 100주년 기념대회에 참석해 약 40분간 연설을 진행했다. 시 주석은 장 전 주석의 개혁·개방 업적과 당 관리 기조를 평가하며, 당 중앙을 중심으로 긴밀히 단결해 '중국식 현대화'와 첨단 기술 자강을 완수해야 한다고 강조했다.
2. 7월 산업생산 발표… 첨단 제조업이 성장의 50% 이상 견인
중국 국가통계국(NBS)에 따르면 올 1~7월 신성장 동력이 산업 생산 성장의 50.9% 이상을 기여한 것으로 집계됐다. 내수 소비 회복 속도는 다소 둔화했으나, AI 반도체 수요와 첨단 제조업 수출이 전체 산업 성장을 이끄는 핵심 버팀목 역할을 하고 있다.
3. 빅테크 플랫폼 독점 및 개인정보 보호 '개인정보 감독관' 의무화 규제중국 당국이 대형 인터넷 플랫폼 및 빅테크 기업을 대상으로 독립적인 '개인정보 보호 감독위원회'를 설치하고 전문 최고책임자(CPO) 배치를 의무화하는 감독 규안을 수립했다. 제3자 데이터 추적 및 과도한 개인정보 수집에 대한 감독 수준을 대폭 강화하는 취지이다.

5. 디지털 위안화(e-CNY) 시범 은행 8곳 추가 승인…
생태계 확대중국인민은행(PBOC)이 상업은행 8곳을 디지털 위안화 공식 운영기관으로 추가 승인했다. 이에 따라 총 30개 금융기관이 e-CNY 연동망에 참여하게 되었으며, 일반 소매 결제부터 자본시장 결제까지 디지털 위안화 적용 범위를 확대한다.
6. 웨강아오 대만구(GBA) 출입국 자동화 수속 '일지양검' 공식 시행
주하이, 마카오, 횡금(훵친) 주요 육로 검문소에 '원스톱 합동 점검(Joint Inspection)' 자동화 채널이 개통됐다. 홍콩 및 마카오 영주권자와 외국인 거주자 등은 한 번의 신원 확인만으로 조강 및 출입국 수속을 빠르게 마칠 수 있게 되었다.

With a total of 30 financial institutions now participating in the integrated network, the application of e-CNY will expand from general retail payments to capital market settlements.

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Formally Launches "Joint Inspection" Automated Clearance Automated "Joint Inspection" channels have been officially launched at major land checkpoints in Zhuhai, Macao, and Hengqin. Hong Kong and Macao permanent residents, as well as foreign residents, can now complete customs and immigration procedures swiftly through a single identity verification process.
